❤️ 8/11/2026 Update: A Little Update for Our Residents, Families & Community ❤️
We know many of you are waiting for answers and wondering when we will be able to return to our building. At this time, unfortunately, we don’t have any new information to share regarding a timeline.
Please know that we are still working hard behind the scenes, navigating the cleanup, inspections, and all of the requirements that have come with the fire and its aftermath. We are doing everything we possibly can to move things along and get our residents back home and our building up and running as soon as it is safely possible.
We’ve also received quite a few questions about personal belongings that are still inside the building. We completely understand the concern. As soon as we are given the all-clear that it is safe for residents and families to enter, we will do everything we can to make sure everyone is able to get their belongings back safely.
We know this waiting and uncertainty isn’t easy. ❤️ Please continue to bear with us as we work through this process. There are many moving pieces right now, but please know that our residents and families are always at the forefront of our minds.
As soon as we have something new and confirmed to share, we promise we will keep you updated.
Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It truly means more than you know. ... See MoreSee Less
❤️ 8/10/26 update — We’re Working Hard to Bring Our Residents Home! 🏠
We are one step closer to bringing our residents home, and that is where our hearts and our focus remain. Our administrator was able to return to the facility Friday and meet with the restoration team. While we have significant smoke damage to address, we are actively working through the inspections, restoration, and approvals needed to safely reopen our home.
For the safety of our residents, families, guests, and staff, we cannot allow anyone to enter the building at this time while immediate safety concerns are being addressed. We know many of you are anxious to return for belongings or see the spaces you call home. As soon as it is safe and we receive the necessary clearances, we will update our residents and families so they can safely gather their belongings and enter the facility.
Our hearts are also with everyone in our community who has been impacted by this devastating fire, including two of our own employees who lost their homes and belongings. We are incredibly grateful to have a building to return to — and even more grateful for the overwhelming kindness, support, and encouragement you have shown us.
Our staff are ready to roll up their sleeves and do whatever it takes to prepare our home. Our residents belong here, and we cannot wait to bring them home. ❤️
Thank you for standing beside us, supporting our residents and staff, and believing in our community. We will continue to keep you updated every step of the way💙💚🤍 ... See MoreSee Less
Our hearts remain with our residents, families, staff, and community as our evacuation continues. While we still don't have a timeline for returning to our building or bringing our residents home, we remain hopeful and are taking things one day at a time. Over the past several days, our team has been visiting our residents and staff at the facilities caring for them, checking in, offering support, and sharing a few smiles along the way. Seeing the resilience, strength, and familiar faces of those we love has been the brightest part of these difficult days.
Please enjoy these photos of our Director of Nursing and Administrator making rounds and bringing lunch to our amazing team. No matter where we are, our family stays together.
We also want to extend the biggest THANK YOU to the incredible skilled nursing facilities that welcomed our residents with open arms and helped during the evacuation without hesitation. The love, compassion, and exceptional care you've shown mean more than words can express. We are forever grateful.
Thank you to everyone who continues to keep us in your thoughts. We can't wait for the day we can welcome our residents back home. Until then, we'll continue to stand together with hope in our hearts. 🤍💚💙 ... See MoreSee Less
